I am convinced that there is a very special truth in this. Because outer beauty is a shell that is not worth much if it is not filled with an inner equivalent. Especially not in the long term. Only those who are happy with themselves can radiate this and appear attractive or desirable in the eye of the beholder.
It is therefore crucial that you find yourself beautiful, that you are happy with yourself and your body and that you feel completely comfortable in it. If this is not the case, I advise you to get to the bottom of the cause. If you come to the conclusion that your dissatisfaction is due to your appearance, I will be very happy to discuss with you how you can change this.
There is a second reason why I chose this quote from Sophia Loren. I want to make it clear to you that honesty and transparency are important to me. I will certainly not make any changes to you that I am not 100% convinced will benefit you. I can only take responsibility for what I can represent myself.
And finally, only a satisfied and happy patient gives me the feeling that I have lived up to my standards. What drove me at the beginning of my studies still applies today: Professional medicine in the service of the patient.

After completing my studies, I trained in the field of aesthetic surgery at the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum Berlin, the Schlosspark-Klinik Berlin, the Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin and in numerous internships in Germany and abroad.
In 2002, I received my doctorate ("magna cum laude") from the Free University of Berlin, before which I obtained my licence to practise medicine.
From 1995 to 2001, I studied human medicine at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, at Mount Sinai Medical School New York City, USA, at the University of Cape Town, South Africa and at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
