Will remain in the body forever?
No, GalaFLEX™ is completely broken down within 1.5 to 2 years. It is gradually replaced by the body's own tissue, which keeps the breast shape stable.
Will my breasts really stay firm after the operation? Or will they lose their firmness again after a few years?
Many women want firm breasts, but often worry about them: Will the result remain stable or will the sagging return?
The solution: GalaFLEX™
GalaFLEX™ stabilises your breast tissue from the inside - like an invisible bra. It reduces the risk of sagging or implant displacement and is broken down within 1.5 to 2 years while your body forms its own stable tissue.
Naturally beautiful - year after year
With GalaFLEX™ enjoy long-lasting stability and a naturally beautiful breast shape - without permanent foreign material.
GalaFLEX™ is an innovative, biologically resorbable mesh that can be used in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery as a "inner bra" is used. This specially developed material provides targeted support for the breast tissue by stabilising the skin and connective tissue during the healing process. This preserves the shape of the breast in the long term and significantly reduces the risk of sagging again.
With increasing age, human tissue loses elasticity and firmness. This is exacerbated by various factors such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations and the natural ageing process. Even after a breast lift or breast reduction, the tissue can sag again without additional support. GalaFLEX™ provides lasting reinforcement of the soft tissue and helps to ensure that the surgical result remains stable in the long term.

Dr Niklas Noack - expert with many years of experience
GalaFLEX™ is ideal for patients who are looking for a long-term solution to stabilise their breasts. It is particularly recommended for women who:
Before the operation, you will have a detailed consultation with your plastic surgeon. Your breast shape will be analysed and an individual treatment plan drawn up. Depending on the desired result, a decision will be made as to whether a breast lift, reduction or augmentation will be performed in combination with GalaFLEX™.
You will receive detailed preparation instructions before the procedure. These include not taking any blood-thinning medication and eating a healthy diet to support wound healing.
The operation is performed under general anaesthetic and usually takes between 2 and 3 hours. During the procedure, the GalaFLEX™ mesh is placed in a targeted manner to optimally stabilise the breast tissue. The surgeon positions the material in such a way that it supports the breast shape without being visible or palpable.
After the operation, it is important to take it easy and follow the doctor's instructions exactly. Slight swelling or tightness may occur during the first few days. GalaFLEX™ provides support during this phase so that the tissue can heal in an optimal position. Within a few weeks, the body's own tissue begins to surround the mesh and slowly replace it.
GalaFLEX™ has been used in over 4 million operations has been used successfully and has been extensively tested scientifically. The material does not cause any additional infection risks and is completely broken down by the body. Numerous clinical studies have shown that stabilising the breast with GalaFLEX™ significantly reduces the risk of renewed tissue sagging.
Many women report about Significantly improved long-term results and greater satisfaction after breast surgery with GalaFLEX™.
