Operations for transsexualism

Dr Noack has many years of experience with transgender operations. In our practice, we therefore perform breast augmentation with silicone implants if a female breast is desired.

We also offer breast removal (mastectomy), which is usually performed in two variants: with a "free" nipple transplant (detachment and reduction of the nipple and subsequent re-transplantation of the nipple) or with a pedicled nipple transplant (the nipple is reduced in size and usually retains its full sensitivity). Which of the two procedures makes more sense in your case will be discussed in detail during the consultation.

Both breast augmentation surgery and breast removal are performed by Dr Noack as a self-pay service. Unfortunately, it is not possible for our practice to be covered by health insurance.

Tightening operations on the body

When the excess skin becomes too large

For Dr Noack and the entire team in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Schlossparkklinik Berlin, tightening operations have been a central field of work for over 15 years, with high case numbers and thousands of operations.

After major weight loss, pregnancy, skin ageing or simply due to an investment, there may be a need or desire to reduce excess skin on the body.

Detailed descriptions of the individual tightening procedures can be found here:

In most cases, Dr Noack operates according to the established techniques of the renowned plastic surgeon Jean Francois Pascal from Lyon, France, and has learnt them personally from him. Dr Pascal has specialised in tightening operations for over 30 years and has been able to develop excellent methods during this time, which reflect a high degree of standardisation and precision and lead to a high level of patient satisfaction.

In particular, scarring and the feasibility and expected results of these procedures are important issues for almost all patients.

Dr Noack has extensive experience in this field and can advise you in detail.
