ENDOLIFT® BERLIN

  • Effective skin tightening and fat reductionStimulation of collagen production and targeted reduction of fatty tissue.
  • Minimally invasive technology: Advanced glass fibre technology for deep and superficial skin layers with minimal external lesions.
  • Quick recovery: Minimal pain and redness after treatment, quick return to everyday activities.
  • Long-term results: Immediately visible effects with continuous improvement over months through sustained collagen formation.

Endolift® represents a new and well-proven advanced procedure that tightens the skin by stimulating collagen production and reducing excess fat. Thanks to its special glass fibre technology, it enables both deep and superficial skin layers to be treated with minimal external lesions. Endolift® is a significant step forward in minimally invasive laser technology in the field of endo-tissue (interstitial) aesthetic medicine.

The main effect of Endolift® is to promote skin tightening. It induces a shrinking effect that reduces skin sagging. This is achieved by activating neocollagenesis and other metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix. The exceptional quality of the Endolift® technology allows a targeted and selective application of the laser light in the tissue, depending on the treatment goal - either more water or more fat, the two main components of the human body.

Podcast episode by Dr Niklas Noack on the Endolift

What is Endolift®?

Endolift® works at various points: It tightens the connective tissue in deep and superficial layers of the skin using laser energy, stimulates collagen production and, if necessary and appropriate, can reduce excess fatty tissue.
The latest device, LASEmaR® 1500 from Eufoton, is certified by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is already being used extensively in countries such as Italy, the UK and Turkey. In Berlin, Dr Niklas Noack has played a pioneering role in the introduction of this innovative treatment method.

In a preparatory consultation, the individual cause of the tissue change is discussed and the most suitable treatment method is determined. Endolift® expands the spectrum of minimally invasive and surgical techniques and offers a useful addition or even a serious alternative to fillers and surgical facelifts, which have been the main options for facial contouring up to now. The procedure therefore represents a bridging technology that closes the gap between purely conservative procedures such as hyaluronic acid fillers and more complex methods such as a surgical face or neck lift. Endolift® can also be used on other parts of the body, e.g. the décolleté, stomach, upper arms or thighs, as well as to treat annoying wrinkles around the knees.

How does treatment with Endolift® in Berlin work?

Endolift® is an innovative method for skin rejuvenation and facial modelling. This procedure uses a minimally invasive laser that does not cause any visible skin damage. The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and usually only requires intensive cooling or a light local anaesthetic. It uses the finest disposable optical fibres, which are placed just under the skin. This leads to the stimulation of collagen production and the reduction of excess fat.

The primary effect of Endolift® is to promote skin rejuvenation by stimulating neocollagen formation and other metabolic processes in the extracellular matrix. The treatment is virtually painless, causing only slight redness, which soon subsides.

There is no downtime - everyday activities can often be resumed within a few hours.

What results can be achieved with Endolift®?

The results are long-lasting and improve continuously over several months. Endolift® is suitable for all skin types and age groups and can be repeated if necessary. It is a safe and effective alternative to surgical procedures such as facelifts. This method can tighten and renew skin structures and can also be used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. However, it is important to note that the results on an individual level are influenced by factors such as metabolism and the condition of the connective tissue.

Endolift® bridges the gap between minimally invasive methods and surgical procedures and offers a simple and effective solution for skin rejuvenation and facial modelling. The Endolift® procedure represents a breakthrough in skin tightening and facial contour definition. It is a minimally invasive laser process that is performed without external damage. Using advanced glass fibre technology, the connective tissue is tightened, collagen production is stimulated and excess fat is reduced.

This method can be applied to different areas such as the face, chin, neck and lower eyelid and only requires a strong air or light local anaesthetic, but not incisions or a general anaesthetic. The treatment is outpatient and takes about 45 minutes per treated area. The results are immediately noticeable and continuously improve due to collagen synthesis in the deeper layers of the skin.

Endolift® is suitable for all skin types and ages and can be repeated as required. The method is a non-surgical alternative to conventional tightening procedures and is superior to other minimally invasive procedures. At the end of the treatment, the results can be further enhanced by additional targeted resurfacing of the skin with a fractional laser (also known as "Fraxel"). There is hardly any pain or downtime after the treatment, only slight redness and swelling, which quickly subside. The results usually last for at least one to two years. Endolift® can also be used in combination with other treatments such as Sculptra to further improve collagen fibre formation and skin tightening.

FAQ about Endolift®

What exactly does Endolift® mean and what does it do?

Endolift® is a laser therapy that combines skin renewal and facial sculpting with minimal external damage. In areas where the skin is beginning to sag, we now have an additional, non-surgical option. These include in particular the areas of the face, chin, neck and bags under the eyes. The procedure only requires either intensive air cooling or mild local anaesthesia, but no incisions or general anaesthesia and also differs from a surgical operation in this respect. ENDOLIFT® therapy is a minimally invasive procedure and is always performed in an outpatient setting.
1

How does the therapy work in detail?

Specialised, hair-like disposable optical fibres are inserted directly under the skin into the superficial subcutaneous tissue. A small puncture is all that is needed and often no anaesthetic or sedation is required as the process causes very little pain. Any slight redness subsides quickly, there is little downtime and you can usually return to your usual activities within a few hours. Minor swelling and yellowish skin discolouration are rare and usually disappear after 1-2 weeks. Although there is a visible effect immediately after the treatment, the true strength of the procedure lies in the long-term success due to the continuous collagen synthesis in the deeper layers of the skin: The skin's appearance is therefore constantly improving. It is important to know that collagen fibres take around three months to form and a further three months to mature: So over a period of six months, continuous improvements are observed. As with all aesthetic procedures, the response and duration of the effect depends on many individual factors, such as metabolism and general connective tissue factors. The treatment can easily be repeated if necessary. Experience has shown that a single Endolift® treatment every 2-3 years is recommended.

2

Which areas of the body can be treated with Endolift®?

Endolift® is traditionally used on the following areas of the body: Neck and chin area, jawline, cheeks and mid-face including wrinkles above the upper lip, and bags under the eyes. There are also specific applications for the abdomen, general fatty tissue, underarm areas (for excessive sweating, hyperhidrosis), for reddened stretch marks or scars, and for the removal of filler granulomas.
3

Will I feel any pain during or after the procedure and when will I be able to return to my normal routine?

In contrast to other skin tightening procedures, this is particularly painless and requires at most a local anaesthetic. Slight swelling after the procedure can last between 6 and 48 hours. You can (usually) return to your usual activities on the same day without bruising or bandaging. The changes described after the treatment may cause slight swelling and a yellow colouring of the skin for a few days to weeks. If the blood vessels are sensitive, minor bruising may sometimes occur. In rare cases, temporary weakness of the corner of the mouth muscles is possible.
4

Can the therapy be used at any age and on different skin conditions or skin qualities?

In general, the method is suitable for all skin conditions and almost all ages, although the effects are specific and different in each case. However, Endolift® is an uncomplicated and effective additional option for extremely pronounced sagging skin that makes a traditional facelift necessary.
5

When will the result be visible and how long will it last?

Endolift® is virtually the only minimally invasive procedure that allows you to notice skin tightening immediately after treatment. Although this immediate effect diminishes over the next few weeks, the continuous formation of collagen then begins, which steadily improves the result over the next six months. In addition to the deep tightening, the skin regains its youthful glow thanks to the fresh collagen on the surface. Most patients notice a positive change for at least 1-2 years, depending on their lifestyle. Follow-up treatments can be planned accordingly.
6

Does Endolift® only tighten the skin or does it have other effects?

Endolift® has 3 special setting parameters for treating a wide variety of skin areas, including: Surface (acne, stretch marks), deep skin structure (wrinkles, sagging) and subcutaneous fat tissue. For example, the tightening mode is used to treat sagging skin. In cases where a reduction in fatty tissue is also required, two functions can be combined. The skin surface can also be treated with a fractionated laser (known as "Fraxel"). Endolift® has 3 special setting parameters for treating a wide variety of skin areas, including Surface (acne, stretch marks), deep skin structure (wrinkles, sagging) and subcutaneous fatty tissue. For example, the tightening mode is used to treat sagging skin. In cases where a reduction in fatty tissue is also required, two functions can be combined. A fractionated laser (so-called "Fraxel") can also be used to treat the surface of the skin.
7

How long does the procedure take and can the entire face be treated in one session?

There are four main treatment areas on the face: neck and lower chin area, lower jaw contour, cheeks and nasolabial folds, eye area (eye wrinkles/lachrymal sacs). The treatment of each of these 4 areas is planned separately. The treatment of one zone takes about 45 minutes. Several zones can be combined if necessary.
8

How does the treatment differ from other methods of facial rejuvenation?

Laser rejuvenation treatment with Endolift® gives the skin a youthful appearance. From the age of 30, our body can no longer produce collagen and elastin to the same extent as when we are younger. As a result, the proportion of these proteins in our skin decreases with age, leading to the formation of wrinkles. Endolift® makes it possible to tighten and regenerate these structures. However, the time required and the achievable effect naturally depend on age and cell turnover. Endolift® is clearly superior to other minimally invasive procedures or fillers in terms of the tightening effect, but of course cannot be compared with surgery. Endolift® is therefore an intermediate solution between fillers and surgery. However, surgery may harbour its own and additional risks, such as nerve damage with effects on facial expressions and sensation, bruising and wound healing disorders. In contrast to other conservative procedures, the unique Endolift® technology acts directly on the dermis collagen and subcutaneous fatty tissue through targeted laser application directly under the skin, whereas conventional lasers also damage the superficial skin layers from the outside. This ultimately thins the skin, pigmentation disorders can occur and a less desirable, harder type of collagen is formed.
9

Are there complementary measures to this treatment?

To further support the formation of collagen fibres, hydration and skin tightening, we can recommend injections such as the use of the lactic acid crystal preparation "Sculptra" or non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid preparations such as "Profhilo", which can additionally stabilise, tighten and hydrate the tissue. These applications are usually carried out during one of the check-ups. Immediately following an Endolift® treatment, the epidermis can be additionally stimulated using conventional fractional laser technology.
