What is a breast lift?

Definition and aim of the treatment

During a breast lift, also known as a mastopexy or breast lift, excess skin is removed to restore a firmer and more youthful breast shape. Breast lift methods

Periareolar breast lift

This method, also known as the scar-saving technique, Benelli technique, donut excision or round block technique, is only used for patients with very little excess skin. A circular incision is made directly around the areola. The tightening achieves discreet results and is ideal for minor skin corrections.

Vertical cutting (lollipop technique)

The so-called lollipop technique is particularly suitable for moderate excess skin. Here, the incision is made around the nipple and also vertically downwards to the underbust crease. This method enables effective tightening, whereby scarring is reduced to a minimum.

T-cut or anchor technique

The T-incision is an effective method for severe excess skin, particularly because it is the only way to achieve a good breast shape for more pronounced findings. In addition to the incision around the nipple and the vertical line, an additional horizontal incision is made along the underbust crease. This technique allows Dr Noack to tighten the breast particularly gently and evenly, even in the case of more pronounced breast changes.

Die OP unter Vollnarkose verlief ohne Komplikationen und die Heilung der Narben und Schwellungen gingen, so wie besprochen, nach ca. 3 bis 4 Wochen zurück und sind heute nicht mehr sichtbar.
Ich bin von Dr. Niklas Noack absolut begeistert  - menschlich sowie seine Expertise in der plastischen Chirurgie haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Beratungsgespräch, der OP Tag und die Nachsorge waren super angenehm und sehr professionell.
